  5. Our exterior T-111 siding is ½” Duratemp with a 25-year warranty.
  6. Wall and roof framing are all 2” x 4” 16 O.C. (on center).
  7. Two coats exterior latex paint, twelve standard colors.
  8. Two windows on all buildings except Mini-Barn (one) and Condo Sheds (none).
  9. Three heavy-duty exterior hinges per door with wood reinforcement to resist warpage.
  10. Keyed entry lock.
  11. 20-year manufacture’s shingle warranty.
  12. Painted metal trim corners.
  13. Free delivery means we also level your structure with 4” solid cap block. (up to 12”)
  14. Our structures are built by old world Amish craftsman, who still take pride in their work.
  15. We are open Monday thru Saturday for our customers’ convenience.
