ABOUT US

Our Amish built products are custom built to order.  This allows you to customize placement of all windows, doors and other options.  Built to order also means that you pick your paint, vinyl and shingle colors.

The most inexpensive way to purchase our product is Pre-Built with delivery by a Dulley Truck and Trailer.  Pre-Built Delivery is included in the price of your purchase if delivery is within the Montgomery and Frederick Counties of Maryland and Loudon County of Virginia.

In some cases with our Pre-Built Sheds, if the placement area of the shed is level, but we cannot get our truck all the way to the site, we may be able to roll the building into place.  This will usually require a site visit by our staff and a fee of $100.00 per 25 ft. rolled.

To meet the needs of all of our customers, we also offer to build our product on site.  This purchase comes in a kit.  The kit comes pre-fabricated and can be delivered, built and completed all in the same day with most sizes.  Some larger buildings may require a return visit.

In order to deliver our products, clearance for the delivery will have to be arranged prior to our arrival.  Our staff will need to know about entrance gates, steps, hanging wires, tree limbs and branches, and the grading of your property – whether you have a level entrance to where you structure will be placed.  The site for the structure must be level and clear of any obstructions or debris, such as tree stumps, rocks, shrubbery and flowers, etc.

All of our structures are built for ground contact, which means that no concrete pads or railroad ties are needed for the structure to be place upon.  The structure can be placed right onto the level ground.

Fees for Purchases to be Built On Sire are as follows:
 Sheds, Wooden:  $3.50 sq. ft.
Sheds, Vinyl:  $5.50 sq. ft.

Gazebos, Wooden:  $6.50 sq. ft.
Gazebos, Vinyl:  $6.50 sq. ft.

Play-sets, Wooden:  $90.00 (non access fee, 6 ½ ft. clearance needed)
Play-sets, Vinyl:  $90.00 (non access fee, 6 ½ ft. clearance needed)

Other Services

Roll-In:  $100.00 per 25 ft. ($100.00 minimum)
Pier Foundation:  $75.00 per hole
